Can I buy items on Free 2 Play account?
No, you can not. The game is free to play, but trading is restricted to premium accounts. To unlock trading, you must spend 5 USD through in-game shop - buy 500 credits, a starter pack or eSport tokens.
How do I avoid fake Rocket League sites?
There are few things you can do to ensure you always visit only legitimate sites:
Always check website URL - there is only one RL Exchange - https://rl.exchange
Do not trust websites asking you to log in before accessing content
When you log in, always make sure you are on real https://steamcommunity.com page
Whenever possible, use browser autocomplete feature to fill password fields

How to log in with PS / XBOX?
We do not require you to sign in with PSN nor MS account. All we need for successful delivery is your correct PSN ID / GAMER TAG. You can always track your orders via Order Status page, as well as links provided in every email received from us
What is Order ID?
Order ID is a long string with 4 dashes. For example "5639b878-b675-4ae9-822a-07692b3b5c6f". This is unique identifier of your purchase and it's used to track delivery status
Where to find Order ID?
Order ID is included on the Receipt, all of the emails we sent you after purchase as well as the order page itself. If you have trouble identifying your order's ID, please contact us via Chat Bubble!
How long does it take to receive purchased items?
We strive to offer the shortest delivery time possible, that's why majority of the Orders are delivered within a few hours from purchase. 95% of all the orders are delivered within 16 hours (outside the holiday season). In rare case of late delivery we guarantee no more than 7 days before you get the items.
What can I do to receive the items quicker?
Make sure your profile is as public as possible and accepts friend requests. We can not verify private profiles, which requires us to wait for additional information from Payment Processor to guarantee transaction safety. On consoles our agent must be able to send you a friend invite before delivering items.
How are the items delivered on PC?
On PC, the items are delivered via Trade initiated from order page. Once the order is ready to be delivered, we'll send you an email asking you to press the button and join the trade. Our agent will then put requested items in trade window and accept the exchange.
How are the items delivered on PS?
On console, our agent sends you a friend request, invites you to the party and then initiate trade. We'll send you an email when the friend request is sent. If you didn't receive friend invite after receiving the email, please contact our Support via Chat Bubble - this is known issue as the console networks are quite unstable - we'll send another invite
How are the items delivered on XBOX?
On XBOX, our agent sends you a friend message. Once you reply to the message, we'll invite you to party and initiate a trade in which we deliver the items. You'll be notified via an email when the message is sent. If you don't receive the message when the email arrives, please contact our Support via Chat Bubble.
How do we find your account on PS / XBOX?
We ask you to provide your PSN ID / GAMER TAG when making an order, that's we can later send you friend invite. Make sure your profile is public and accepts friends to ensure the quickest delivery!
Is Trade coming back?
There are currently no plans of bringing Trades back, unless Psyonix changes their stance on trade automation.
What about my Trade balance?
We are aware, that despite our best efforts to enable multiple paths of withdraw in the past, some of our users still have pending balance on their accounts. We are dedicated to return any outstanding balance to you and are expecting new ways of balance withdrawal soon.
Do I need to spend money?
You do not! The most of the tasks do not require purchases. You can complete them to gain RL Exchange balance, which can be traded for free Rocket League items.
What is RL Exchange Balance?
RL Exchange balance is special on-site currency. You can increase your balance by completing tasks and other activities on the website. The balance can be used to pay for your orders on the Market.
How long does it take to receive rewards?
It may take up to 12 hours for new accounts to receive the reward for completed offer. If you don\'t see the balance on your account after 12 hours, please contact support of the offer provider.
Can I use VPN, VPS, proxy or an Emulator?
No! Using any sort of anonymization tool may lead to permanent suspension of your account. You can only use single account on your own devices.
