- Buy 500+ credits directly from the in-game store. You have to log into the game and check its store. We recommend purchasing a Starter Pack, as it provides the best value for money.
- Play 50 minutes in online matches on the platform you are trading. Take note that only time in matches counts, it does not include checking your inventory or waiting in the main menu.
- Have account level 30 or greater. If your account has a level lower than 30, you have to play a little bit more and achieve it.
- Verify email on your Epic account. You should get the confirmation message to email connected with your Epic account. You can check official Epic instructions here.
- Enabled Two Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Epic account. This can be a little complicated process, but do not worry, we prepared the detailed instructions for you. You can check here, how to do it correctly.

We do not require you to sign in with PSN, MS nor Nintendo account. All we need for successful delivery is your correct PSN ID / GAMER TAG / NINTENDO FRIEND CODE. You can always track your orders via Order Status page, as well as links provided in every email received from us
Order ID is a long string with 4 dashes. For example "5639b878-b675-4ae9-822a-07692b3b5c6f". This is unique identifier of your purchase and it's used to track delivery status

We strive to offer the shortest delivery time possible, that's why majority of the Orders are delivered within a few hours from purchase. 95% of all the orders are delivered within 24 hours (outside the holiday season). Make sure your profile is as public as possible and accepts friend requests. We can not verify private profiles, which requires us to wait for additional information from Payment Processor to guarantee transaction safety. On consoles our agent must be able to send you a friend invite before delivering items.
On PC, the items are delivered via Trade initiated from order page. Once the order is ready to be delivered, we'll send you an email asking you to press the button and join the trade. Our agent will then put requested items in trade window and accept the exchange.
On console, our agent sends you a friend request, invites you to the party and then initiate trade. We'll send you an email when the friend request is sent. If you didn't receive friend invite after receiving the email, please contact our Support via Chat Bubble - this is known issue as the console networks are quite unstable - we'll send another invite
On XBOX, you send a friend message to your assigned agent. Once you click the “Get the Items” button, you send the information to our support chat that you are ready. We reply to the message with the nickname of your agent. After that you have to invite an agent to the party and initiate a trade, in which we deliver the items. On Switch, our agent sends you a friend request. Once you click the “Get the Items” button, you send the information to our support chat that you are ready. After that you have to accept the agent’s invitation to friends on Switch, then invite an agent to the in-game party and initiate a trade, in which we deliver the items. We ask you to provide your PSN ID / GAMER TAG / NINTENDO FRIEND CODE when making an order, that's we can later send you a friend invite. Make sure your profile is public and accepts friends to ensure the quickest delivery!
There are currently no plans of bringing Trades back, unless Psyonix changes their stance on trade automation.
We are aware, that despite our best efforts to enable multiple paths of withdraw in the past, some of our users still have pending balance on their accounts. We are dedicated to return any outstanding balance to you and are expecting new ways of balance withdrawal soon.
You do not! The most of the tasks do not require purchases. You can complete them to gain RL Exchange balance, which can be traded for free Rocket League items.
RL Exchange balance is special on-site currency. You can increase your balance by completing tasks and other activities on the website. The balance can be used to pay for your orders on the Market.
It may take up to 12 hours for new accounts to receive the reward for completed offer. If you don\'t see the balance on your account after 12 hours, please contact support of the offer provider.
